Carbon Nanotube For Lithium Battery
The application of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in lithium batteries is mainly reflected in their use as electrode materials, conductive additives and electrolyte additives.
- As electrode materials. Carbon nanotubes are used as electrode materials in lithium-ion batteries due to their excellent conductivity and chemical stability. They can improve the capacity and charge/discharge efficiency of the electrode.
- As conductive additives. Carbon nanotubes can be added to the cathode active material of lithium batteries to form a linear connection, thereby substantially improving the conductivity of the cathode material.2345
- As electrolyte additive. Carbon nanotubes can be added to lithium-ion batteries to improve the conductivity of the electrolyte, thereby enhancing battery performance.
