Raw Materials:
Mullite granule as the aggregate and α-Al2O3 as the powder material
With aluminum oxide of high purity and fused mullite as the raw materials, we use casting or high pressure molding method to produce high quality and high purity aluminium oxide with good thermal, mechanical and chemical performance.
Qualities:
I.Good thermal shock resistance but poor errosion-resistance performance
II. With high purity and high stability, the sagger box won’t react with the sintered product
III. Through high pressure and high temperature, the mullite and corundum crystal can be effectively combined, constructing the aggregate of more stable with good thermal shock resistance and compression ability, thus a longer working life.
IIII. It is not easily deformed, cracked or layered.
