The graphite crucible, also known as molten copper and copper, is a kind of crucible made from graphite, clay, silica and wax. Graphite crucibles are mainly used to smelt copper, brass, gold, silver, zinc, lead and other non-ferrous metals and their arlloys.

Application

silicon carbide graphite crucibles can be used in electric furnace, gas furnace, oil furnace and induction

furnace.

Features

*Long working lifetime: its working lifetime is increased 3-5 times over normal clay-crucible due to the compact body formed under high pressure.

*High thermal conductivity: high-density body with low apparent porosity greatly improve its heat conductivity.

*New-style materials: new heat conduction materials ensure faster heat transference, reduces adherent slag and pollution.

*Resistance to corrosion: better anti-corrosion than normal clay-crucible.

*Resistance to oxidation: advanced process dramatically improves its oxidation resistance, which ensure persistent heat conductivity and long working lifetime.
