1. When paving refractory bricks, the cement mortar is relatively thin; or when paving, the cement paste has dried; or the back of the bricks have pollutants that have not been cleaned.
Measures: We need to ensure that the mortar of the bonding layer is dry during construction, and it is subject to being scattered on the ground. When paving refractory bricks, the water-cement ratio of cement paste is 1:2 (the volume ratio between them), and cement flour cannot be used for paving directly. During the curing period, the board must be set up, and it is not allowed to walk on the surface.
2. Acceptance standard-hollowing rate standard: when we are checking and accepting the hollowing drum, if we find that the hollowing phenomenon is within 3%, and the hollowing phenomenon cannot appear on the channel; the bricks on the main channel should be controlled at 5 %within.
3. Hollowing treatment: If it is found that a single piece of refractory brick hollowing exceeds the standard, we can ask the decorator to pry open the brick and resurface it. The method is to take out the empty drum product, use the suction cup, hang it straight out, and then pave it according to the specifications. If the empty drum exceeds 1/3 of the paving area, all the bricks on the whole surface must be pried off. Then re-pave.
