Raw Materials
We use refined 99.5% quartz sand as the raw materials (SiO2≥90-99.5，Fe2O3≤0.02-0.015%) from selected quality ores. Through multiple processing steps, sometimes with repeated steps to ensure high purity, our fused quartz products feature sophisticated size, low thermal conductivity, low coefficient thermal expansion, high compression resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good electric performance and high resistance to chemical attack.
Applications
Because of their good performance, fused quartz ceramic and refractory products, including quartz crucibles, quartz bowls, quartz sleeves and stirring paddles, among others, can be applied to glass deep processing industry, metallurgy industry, electronics industry, chemical industry, aeronautics industry, etc.
